Services - Executive Coaching

Coaching for a single individual or an executive team can range from one session to longer term engagements - 6 to 10 sessions, between 60 and 90 minutes each, are common.

 

Our methodology varies between individuals. It often includes a version of 360 feedback to act as a baseline for the engagement.

Coaching an individual, the initial step is to help the coachee get very clear as to their specific goals. This may sound simple. However, with quality questioning and deep exploration, previously held clear goals can, and very often do, change to something completely different​.

 

Once the goals are clear, attention is then placed on identifying current key mindsets and beliefs. We then explore how these mindsets and beliefs are shaping and influencing behaviour.

 

With each individual, the journey to achieving their goals is usually quite unique. For some, achieving leadership development objectives may be a fast and efficient process, for others, it is a long and challenging journey. It is helpful and imperative towards the end of the coaching engagement to undertake an assessment to ascertain where progress has taken place and what needs to happen in order to sustain this progress.
