Workshop Facilitation

 

Our corporate facilitation work can be tailored to meet the your needs from designing and delivering one-off workshops to encompassing organisational wide programs that cascade throughout entire organisations.

Executive Coaching

 

Coaching for a single individual or an executive team can range from one session to longer term engagements. 6 to 10 sessions, between 60 and 90 minutes each, are common.

 

Our methodology varies between individuals. It often includes a version of 360 feedback to act as a baseline for the engagement. Our approach enables clients to:

  • understand on a deeper level what are the real drivers of behaviour;

  • work at a new level of mindfulness;

  • identify the change needed;

  • easily transform and discover long term, sustainable improvement.

Leadership Development


We develop leadership capability in individuals, teams and at an organisational level.

 

We work with individuals to set goals, identify current key mindsets, values and beliefs, and explore how these influence the leadership behaviours they exhibit externally.

 

Tools include 360 degree feedback processes, third party interviews and development programs.

  • The Hero’s Journey - to explore the stages and challenges implicit in transformational journeys that either individuals, teams or organisations embark upon utilising mythology and key leadership archetypes. 

  • Martial Arts - as a metaphor for leadership development and its’ underpinning philosophy and principles as a guide to improve team performance. This includes the study and application of such principles as Flow, Centredness, Mindfulness, Engagement, Adaptability and Focus.

  • Story Telling – as a vehicle for effective communication.
